Got the console on sale, was a great deal, of course the console looks used but it works great, all games included. Did have to buy a uk power supply.

So far the product has been excellent. Was sent very quick after purchasing and Mario is very quick with emailing back. 👍👍
I purchased a Wii bundle from Mario on October 1st, and while I’ve had a lot of fun with the system, my experience was mixed.
Pros: The Wii itself works great, and it’s clear that Mario put a lot of care into assembling the bundle. He shipped it promptly and was initially very responsive in our communication.
Cons: Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the Wii Pro controller, which had significant stick drift, and an HDMI cable that didn’t fit properly. I reached out to Mario about these concerns, and he quickly created a return label for me to send the items back for replacement. I initially asked if there was a way to fix the controller myself and mentioned that I wasn’t too worried about the HDMI cable since I had another. Mario informed me that the controller likely needed to be replaced, so I shipped it back.
However, a week later, he ruled that both items were in working condition and said I would need to pay for shipping both ways if I wanted them returned. He described my return as frivolous, which was disappointing since the items were unusable for me. Instead of spending $20-$30 to get back a broken controller and cable, I’m now faced with purchasing a working controller from another vendor.
This interaction has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I’d advise future buyers to document any issues thoroughly (emails, videos, etc.) when dealing with Mario to avoid any “his word against my word” situations. It seems he may work around his return policy. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with this experience.
