If it has been 30 days or less since your product was delivered your return will be approved
Does Not Apply To Collector’s Edition Items or Purchases; You have 72 hours on Collector’s Edition Items.

You can choose to either replace a defective product or return a product for a refund.

We will refund the purchase price plus tax of the item you are returning minus our costs as follows:
Shipping – The cost we incurred to ship you your item or order is not refundable even if you purchased an item with Free Shipping.
We use Priority Mail for shipping and the cost to ship most orders is between $9 and $17.
Return Shipping – You are responsible for the cost to return the item or product.
Payment Processing Fee – It costs us between 3% to 6% of your order total to process your payment. This fee is paid to the payment processor and is non-refundable.
The fee varies between payment processors and methods hence the range of 3% to 6%.
We can only refund purchases to your original payment method. In the event the original payment method is unavailable you will be offered a product replacement or Mariogasm store credit.
If an item or product is returned damaged or incomplete we may at our discretion refund you less than your purchase price. If this situation occurs we will mail you with images of the damage and description of the issue.
No Restocking Fee – Other than the costs laid out above we do not charge a Restocking Fee assuming you return the item or items purchased in good condition.
